Cold air on driver, not on passenger.

Cold air on driver, not on passenger.
I did not find my problem in the previous requests, so I am asking one.
Back ground:
1997 Seville SLS, 90K miles. Just had a new blower motor, radiator, and tune up on car.
This was not done by a dealer.
Since I drive this car by myself most of the time I was unaware of the problem till now.
Cold air comes out the drivers side, but not the passenger side? Is something stuck like
a trap door, etc.?
Any suggestions? Could I fix this myself(if easy). I haven't had the car back to the place that
orginally worked on it.
Could the mechanic have done something or not hooked up something thatcaused this?
Thanks for your help,
Big Jake

RE: Cold air on driver, not on passenger.
Thanks alot for your reply. I really don't know what ACM codes are. Is this something Auto Zone or some auto store can plug into my car computer and advise me?
Thanks again,
