Default AC not cold on driver side

I have a 2001 Deville, the AC on the drivers side is not blowing cold. Passenger side AC is blowing cold. I am sure it is an actuator problem. My question is how many actuators are on this car and where are they located?
Is there any good diagram I can see? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

I read on another forum that the one on the driver side is the mode actuator. I removed my kick panel and the part of the dash that holds the ash tray and i can see an actuator there, it is pain to get to because of the floor vent leading to the driver side. I just wasnt sure if this is the actuator causing the issue. I read that you can see the actuator moving and see if it is doing its job correctly. Can you see the actuator on this side move without taking it apart or can i physically move the actuator?

Thanks
