Blower motor for hvac runs all the time
I've never had any trouble from my 93 Seville's blower motor but starting this morning it won't cut off. At work I had to go out and disconnect battery. I pulled the support bar loose and removed that big plastic cover over the large fuses on the drivers side inner fender after I got home. I pulled the blower fuse out and it stopped. I've read about a module that goes bad. Where is it and how can you tell its bad? Is there a relay that could possibly be stuck or are we past that era of simple stuff. Thanks for any help. caddysodry
The blower module is usualy what keeps the blower motor running when the car is off.
Its in the evap case against the firewall. Slightly to the passenger side of middle.
Unplug it and the motor should stop running.
