2002 STS over heat
At what coolant temperature are the radiator fans suppose to kick into high speed (FAN 2)?
FYI: the underhood fuse box which contains fuses and relays for the fan circuits are mislabeled. FAN 1 (low speed) and FAN 2 (high speed) are reversed.
Also because the sides of the coolant recovery tank turned opaque I could no longer see the coolant level. I replaced it with a Dorman 603-236, except the first new tank had the level switch wired backwards, so I had to swap it out again.

The cooling fans will come on a 226*F fans speed will pick up in the 235*ish. they will turn off around 208*. I normally filled tank within 1 inch or so of cap when refilling cooling. and 2 inches if I was just checking it.
