Question 2002 seville, passenger side no A/C or heat

I am the owner of a 2002 seville sts, the passenger side climate control does not work, does not blow heat and does not blow cold it blows only lukewarm air. Also a clip on the passenger side on the dash has let go I don't know if that has anything to do with it. The driver side blows cold and heat so I don't know whats going on.

I also notice that when I turn the heat on for the windshield it is weaker than I remembered it being, maybe a coincidence maybe not....

Any help would be appreciated, if anyone would like to see a picture of the dashboard clip that let go I can upload something.

Cost to fix the A/C isn't an issue here, I love the car so if it sets me back a grand or two it's worth it.

Default No ac heat pass side

I just had a problem with my 2000 sts. The problem the i believe you having is with your actuater witch is on the left side of your glove box if you remove your glove box. take a look at that and make sure your connection is good. It could also be your blower moter resistor that is on the floor under the shifter mounted on top of the rear blower moter. I would check all those things also make sure your sensor on your dash is not dirty.
