I just went through the same thing. There exists 4 sunroof drain tubes that run down your c pillars. You need to make sure these are clean and flowing...the ones in the trunk may be crimped. as mine were. Your going to need to get under the carpet and wet dry vacuum the carpet padding. Put some baking soda boxes in the car as well to absorbe the odor...if you don't the have the odor yet...do this soon to minimize it....it' will happen. Your drain holes may have come unglued from the tubing as well, you'll need to re glue these. Take a air compressor to blow out the drain holes...you'll hear wich one are clear.

I also suggest that you check the exterior water drin by the cabin air intake under the hood on the passenger side. This is **** to clogging and when it does, the water overflows into the air intake and drains down behind the dash and onto the floor. I had this issue and it was a pain for 2 years before I fgured out what it was.
