The design of full size 1996 fleetwoods front doors is not as good as the 80 92 ver.
The pull handle is poorly placed but I wanted a full swing of the door .
Two pins in the hinge, limit the use of the last position of the hinge detent.
You can safely remove these pins and access the last position and get the full opening
that matches the rear and center doors(limo).
It does make reaching for the door handle harder and you must pay more attention
when exiting after parking but the added angle gives a better feel.
The pins are held in place with locking clips and are a little difficult to remove.
Door will not swing beyond last detent because limiter that is stopped by the upper pin
in now stopped by the shaft that holds the wheel the detent lever rolls over.
