Default A Leak of Coolant

I have to refill my anti-freeze constantly in my car and I need it in order to be able to use the heat. Well recently my brother brought home a tool he uses at work since he works at a GMC Gendrons Truck Repair shop. Well he attached it to my radiator and pumped air into it and you can follow the hose and notice a leak coming from it. I don't know if a new water pump is required or just a new water hose is needed,I drive a 91 Fleetwood Sixty Special FWD if pics are needed I will post some,Thank You

IF the heater has no heat, the coolant is probably low and doest get to the heater core.

why would a water pump be needed if hose is leaking?

if a hose is leaking, replace the hose.
if the radiator is leaking, replace the radiator.

maybe i dont understand the problem?
