Default Removing the factory air ride?

2010 ESV Platinum. 150k miles. This car is mostly just for longer road trips, not a daily driver. I tow a ski boat a few times per year. I have had lots of trouble with the air suspension, have replaced the rear shocks and the compressor. Now i'm being told it need to replace the front struts and computer control. The bill is 3-4k. I have read about removing all of this air ride system and putting in a conversion kit from strutmasters, seems to have good reviews. Thoughts? Am I going to be unhappy with standard suspension? Will it tow okay or will it bottom out when i put a load on it? bite the bullet and pay for the repair? Some people I have talked to say that the air ride has a lot of moving parts and has a lot of problems, considering the amount I use this SUV, i'm wondering if I shouldn't just replace it all? Thx for your comments.

arnottindustries.com coil spring replacement kit for your ride is part no. C2836

I can recommend this company. Used their product to replace many air ride suspensions. Their kit will make you HAPPY.
