pertaining to the milage on my 92 eldorado...........the original has 112xxx, the replacement shows 199xxx, a significant difference.

When installing used clusters with digital odometer mileage is stored in cluster. Cluster has to be sent to authorized GM service repair center to have odometer reset. Dealer should not be able to alter odometer...something about "roll back odometers" involving used cars. The non digital ones can be reset many times without sending the out if you can find the right person.
