Default no start on warm days

93 deville 4.9 has a real hard time starting on warm afternoons when i get off work. it is almost like the carb is flooded but of course it a throttle body and not carbourated. it turns over and over and then it finally starts blowing a bunch of smoke (unburnt fuel). this only happens on warm days, say above 75 degrees or so, on cool days or in the morning regardless of how cold it gets it always starts right up.

most likely its that either the coolant sensor has failed or it is not communicating with the computers. then the computers act as of the engine is cold and issues the rich mixture command

.
