i have a 1999 cadillac deville, 32v northstar, and its not that i drive fast or anything, buti know it goes faster than the "alloted" 115 mph it easilly quietly and comfortably does, i just dont want a speed governor governing my speed if i need to go over 115. -( all the car heads of course know what i mean.) i think the sled has about 30 miles per hour more she could do, but its locked away by some speed governor.

the thing is, is that i want to disconnectthe speedgovernorso i can haul *** if needs be.

no one i know isreallyand truleyknowledgeable in a step by step procedure to fix it or disconnect it. that engine is pretty complex with all the electronics and whatever, but im asking if anyone knows how or knows of any sites or info to help me and my sled, and possibly my cargo from being held back and "governed" in those times of need.

i would like to override it or disconnect it or something, withoutmessing anything else up.

i heard of a flash or something...?

any help would be the sh*t. and if youre the one that helps, - youre the sh*t!!! or possibly you all could be the ****s. who knows.
