what isthe Idle speed for 95 DeVille?

What is the idle speed for a 1995 DeVille coucours - Northstar engine? All I have is a Haynes Manual and I can't find it in the manual.

Is there a procedure to set the base idle on the above car?

idle speed should be around 700 rpm s... unless like mine for past two days has a carboned up TBS.... at which point my idle now is 1100, to 1500 rpm s.... needs cleaned out.
