Default IDLE SPEED TOO LOW?
WHAT IS THE DESIRED IDLE SPEED (RPM) FOR 96 CADILLAC DEVILLE SEDAN WITHOUT AIRCONDITIONING ON? MINE IS SHOWING 650-675? IS THIS TOO LOW?
