Draining the radiator

Can anyone tell me how to drain the radiator on a 98 Deville? Does it have a drain plug and if so where?? Thanks for your help!!!!

Is there coolant outlet line with a hose and hose clamp attached near the bottom of the tank? If so, you could un-clamp, and drain from that port?

Its a PITA to get to. Its on the driver side bottom corner of the radiator. The support is in the way, and i find it easier to remove the lower hose. Hope this helps.
