ok people i've got a 2001 deville i go to start and get nothing , if i hold the ign. switch for 5-10 seconds the starter will engage ,and of course it does'nt act up all the time but seems more often in cooler weather. HELP

 

Remove both battery cables and clean them. Sounds like a poor connection either at the battery or the starter itself.
