97 Cadillac Engines stops when idling

After having a tune up, my 97 Cad Deville wants to die on me when I stop and the car is idling.

What's going on. The mechanic is going to look at it again.

Any thoughts.

perhaps you got a bad plug or wire? what all was replaced in the tune up?

does that have a mass air flow sensor on it? or perhaps a vacuum leak...any hissing sounds under the hood?

If your mechanic had the batttery disconnected it will take time for the computer to teach itself. The compter adjusts the air/fuel ratio and the trottle position and other stuff. Just a thought.
