Default changing R12 to R134

I converted my R12 fittings for the A/C to R134 and charged my system but the high pressure house broke so im ordering a new one.

I have done this be fore on BMW and it went good the first time but when it was leaking I replace the hi pressure house and it too gave out.

Am I missing a step I thought I evacuated the system both times?

Need help any help would be grate.

Probably just bad luck.
Just charge by pressure and temp as you need about 80% of the r12 it would normaly take.
