Default 96 Deville is hard to start

My 96 Deville is hard to start most of the time. (Except when the temperature outside is cold.) I have replaced almost everything that I can think of and it still does not help. Here is a list of new parts; idle air control valve, all 4 coils, spark plug wires, spark plugs, bank 1 oxygen sensor, map sensor, mass air flow meter, throttle position sensor, air filter, fuel filter, catalyst converter, and the vapor purge valve. The car runs great once it gets started. Anyone have any ideas? Also does anyone know where to get the original gold vats key blanks?

I have checked for codes and there aren't any. I just bought a fp guage and plan on checking fp. Do you have any info on the gold keys?
