Started with BCM problem. THEN car no start/no sound. Changed BCM. Installed resistor key bypass and then jumped starter. Car started and ran (assume key bypass and fuel signal OK???). Tried to restart with key.... No go. HELP!!

If there is no security light, it is not a obivous VATS problem. Car does have a starter enable relay which could be the cause. If you don't have a manual (FSM is best) you need one, to figure it out.

I would check wiring of the bypass system and check relays. Use a FSM (factory service manual) like Slowroll stated and make sure everything is wired correctly. Also was the bcm replaced before or after the bypass was installed. I would imagine it may require the need of the keys restistor settings which all you would need to do is turn key to the on setting for about 15 min. But with the bypass installed it may not work. Just a possibility I'm throwing out there.
