Exclamation 1999 Cadillac Deville Concours 4.6 Extreme VATS/PASSKEY Issue new member, Please help

Hello guys and Gal's, i just got my Cadillac not too long ago and just joined up with the forums

The issue i am having is with my Anti Theft system

this car has 65554 all original Highway miles on it, a few days ago i dove it too the gas station, filled it all the way up with premium grade fuel and drove home,

30 minutes after i parked i came back to start her up, and too my total shock it would not run!

The Dash Reads ''Anti Theft System Problem, Car May Not Restart'' ''Service Air Bags'' *before trying resister bypass* And As Well -

The Dash's DRN123 gear indicator is flashing, the security light comes on and stays strong, the car *Was* cranking up and revving for about 1-3 seconds before the injectors would shut off, my ac, stereo, pop trunk, and gas cap, power windows/doors Ect are not working

I attempted too cycle the ignition 10 minutes on, 5 minutes off 3 times, no effect

Tried leaving the battery unhooked for 24 hours, also Tried Cleaning key pellets / ignition...

Well today my Ohm meter and Resister packs got here in the mail, i installed an Exact match too my 881 or ''0.88'' Ohm Key......

Now Since i did the Resister Bypass the dash Reads the same message WITH Additives! -

Anti Theft System Problem, Car may not restart - Starting disabled, Wait 3 minutes, Remove key, Service Airbags... (the Airbags Are Perfectly fine it would seem!!)

So i double checked the Ohm Reading, and it was accurate, so i tried taking a reading off the two white Wires while turning the ignition and using the Reading off the wires while in run position and came up with a reading of 749 So i got an Exact match resister for that and Still the same message with the new Additives !

Now my car with not Crank or Inject fuel, Any ideas ?, Solutions ? anything

There is Zero chance i will have enough cash too take this thing too a dealer ship ANY time with in the next 2-3 years, just had two kids i am on disability and am Struggling

I CAN HOWEVER order the required parts and do a DIY fix or Repair if anyone out there is able to help me

EDIT/UPDATE: i hooked the resisters too the wires headed too the vats system, not the wires headed too the ignition at the wheel.

Default Similar problem

1998 Deville, 70k miles.
Same dash behavior, however mine still runs. Speedometer is not indicating right speed though, i was maybe doing 30mph and it was showing over 70!
I will post error codes shortly

I would check and clean grounds. Battery at battery and ground point. PCM at G-101 which is No. 3 on attachment.

I checked the grounds at the battery end and at the point #3 indicated on the diagram. Everything seems tight. I replaced the battery, the dashboard flashing and error message are less frequent but they still come up. With the new battery what triggers the dashboard flashing is now the left turn signal indicator while with the old one it was more random. The right turn signal does not seem to affect it. Also, with the new battery, as soon as I release the left turn signal the dashboard goes back to normal.
What should I check next and how?

thank you

Are the codes still the same? Is the speedometer accurate now?
