2001 Cadillac Deville (Base) - What is the function of this part?
Hello,
I am trying to figure out what this part pulled from the top right of the trunk hatch. I found it was not connected to anything when I removed the back seat to fix a seat belt issue. Any help in identifying the name and function of the part I have pictured will be MOST appreciated.
