Default Rear doors won't open from inside

Hoping someone can help me out. Have the 2014 CTS 4 sedan. The rear doors won't open from inside. I've looked for the Safety Locks and they aren't on any part of the door.
Is this an electronic function that can be disabled?
Any help is appreciated.

Check section 2 under "keys, doors, & windows" in the owner's manual. It's a programming issue.

No problem. The 3rd gen sedans are a perfect balance of muscle & elegance

I looked right at it earlier too... I saw the window icon and just gave it that thought. I had just got the windows tinted yesterday...they must have initiated it while working on it.
