I've got a 2000 Deville that won't let me open the rear doors from inside. I've followed the owner's manual to disable the child safety locks by turning first the passenger and then the driver's switches counterclockwise to the vertical position, but that didn't change anything. The locks pop and the doors can be opened from outside. Anybody know what the problem might be?
