Has anyone hooked up a aftermarket radio on their CTS?

i gotta pioneer d2 touchscreen/navi in dash with a separate dvd player in the glove.

How does it look? Any problems? What about the controls for the car that come from the old radio like

il life,reseting the oil,temp,on star? and ofcourse any pcs???

you dont get any of the warrning lights when you go aftermarket.
