Sometimes when i go to turn on my car the car cranks but it does not turn on. but eventually it does after 5-10 minutes. When I am at stop at the light my car just dies. I have seen a few more people have had this problem too but yet to see results. Please help, this is so embarrassing exspecially when your in a drive through line. Thanks

 

Also on my information screen it say low range for my traveling distance but I have a full tank of gas. I hope this helps. Thanks

 

Codes? Crankshaft position sensor would be likely cause.

Same thing is happening to mine so i was wondering if you could help

 

You should have started new thread but any codes stored, throttle plate carboned up. what year

 

Mine did the same thing for months till eventually it wouldn't start at all. Sprayed starting fluid in the throttle body and it started right up. Had an unusually high carbon build up.
