Default 08 CTS Radio and Console Woes

This week my radio speakers just suddenly went out. Absolutely zero audio but the display still showed stations and I could navigate between XM, AM, FM, Aux and etc.
I tried raising volume on my steering wheel and also the volume **** but nothing.

Shortly after within a few minutes or so, my NAV display went totally blank and then retracted back into the dash. Everything has been dead ever since.
When I turn the car on, the vent air immediately comes on but no radio at all.

I also noticed that the center front console is inoperable. In other words, I can't turn off the vent air, set the clock and the backlit panel for all the buttons never come on so looks as though the power to the front console panel is gone as well.

Both the NAV Display and Radio are both refurbished and were working without any issues before this suddenly happened.

I removed the front console panel and took the Radio out just enough to check all the connections and everything appears to be intact. But also noted that upon turning on the ignition, the small fan on the side of the radio doesn't come on either and I am certain it used to come on even it the radio wasn't powered on.

I checked the fuses under the hood and also in the rear battery well and they all seem to be intact, not blown.

Hoping someone hear may be able to offer some optional things to check or have an idea as to what may be the issue.
