Default coolant leak

I have a 95 SLS,It leaks coolant, and its not the radiator or hoses or heater core.It appears to be coming from the side of the engine by the firewall. It leaks after the car is turned off, sometimes heavy.Sometimes it won't leak at all. There is no white smoke frome the exhaust.I haven't examined the oil yet.
Update
I was told by a cadillac expert, that its cooling pipes that leak on that side of the engine. The engine needs to be loosened and rotated slighly to gain access.

First post, just bought a used 95 SLS with about 115k for practically nothing. In keeping with my luck, two weeks after we bought it the check coolant light came on. I added about 1 L, only to have it go back on a week later. I added about 2 L and it was fine for a couple of days.

Finally, I noticed a pool in the driveway, it must have leaked on the road or at the store before.

I read through many posts in here and fear it isn't the water pump. I pulled the air box and could feel all the way around where the water pump cover bolts on and it is dry.

After squeezing the upper hose several times, I noticed where it was leaking - at least it is the highest point I could see wet. The first picture shows a wider view and the second shows a zoom exactly where the drips were coming from....

I can't tell exactly where the coolant is leaking from, only where the drip point is. I ran my hand all the way around the water pump cover and it isn't leaking there.

I ordered a service manual, but it is still in transit, so I am unarmed at the moment. I am also a weekend mechanic and new to the N*.

I hope it is as simple as the water pump, but fear it is part of the dreaded crossover.

Any ideas or suggestions would be more than welcome, thanks in advance.
