Hi all I'm new here and have a question.
What is the warrantee on Cad dealer installed NS in a 2003 STS under the extended GM insurance policy, if anyone knows?

imo.... if a gm dealer installed it, and you do have a gm warranty, it should be covered. barring you or anyone has tampered with it. it may also depend on what plan you have.........welcome to the forum!
have you talked to your dealer? gmpp? let the forum know how you make out..

Dealer installed GM accessories installed as part of the "deal" when car is sold are covered by New Car warranty, even if installed after delivery to buyer provided it / they listed were on the purchase contract. Added GM accessories require do***entation for warranty. Non GM oraccessories purchased and added after delivery will be covered by parts warranty see dealer. As far as GMPP for specific questions of coverage call GMPP customer service to be sure. Extended warranty coverage is different than New Car Bumper to Bumper and there things that are not covered. GMPP Major Guard is a great plan, but there are things that aren't covered.
