Installed a Magnacharger supercharger, custom reservoir, HEX and pump last weekend
I did an install over the weekend to a 2008 Escalade.
I thought I would play around and customize the Maggie and make it more efficient in cooling.
As you can see in the photos below, I fabricated a much larger HEX in place of the factory one. I also installed a 20gpm pump right next to it on the front driver side. In case ice will ever be used, I built a reservoir box that bolts directly in the 2nd battery tray. It bolts right in as if it was a battery. I put a 4" cap on it for the insertion of ice and also built a cage around the lower bung hole so ice will not plug the lines.
Next, I'll fabricate a 1" spacer to go in between the upper and lower manifolds of the blower. I will remove the factory after-cooler and fabricate and install one that is 1" thicker than factory. I'll post new photos when I get that done. Everything else is stock as far as the long block. We made 440awhp on a custom tune. Base line dyno was 282awhp.
