Does anyone know how to find out without having to pay an arm and a leg how to read the engine codes on this vehicle? I have an Innova 3140 reader that reads OBD1 engines, but it wont give me any codes.

Also does anyone know where the camshaft position sensor is located? I know i need to replace it, as this was the only code my reader could detect. Any pictures and or guides would be helpful. Thank you all!
