How do you get the door panel off?

 

On 97 deville I have to pop out the window swith housing on the arm rest and there is a screw in there that hols the door panel to the door. Also there is a screw behind the door light housing at the back of the arm rest on the panel. remove all plastic bezels on door panel. there are clipped on just lightly pull at on corner and they will pop out. for the window switch housing and door light use a slotted screwdriver GENTLY and pry up on side then pull Gently and they will pop out. When you remove all that there is a plastic piece at the top of the panel (triangle) just gently pull at that to remove from door. A plastic clip holds it to the door but it is attached to the panel so dont really pull at it cause you can break it away from panel. Well after all that pull the door panel straight up (Hold the Arm rest Handle) and the panel should come right off. Remember to pull UP because you can break the retaining clios that hold the danel to the door!!! Hope this helps you out its much easier than you think
