I have a 2002 Chevy S-10 that I am going to put a V8 in. I just bought a low mile 1991 cadillac brougham and I am going to take the engine out of that and build up one cool fast S-10. I have been told that the cadillac has a detuned LT1 engine and was wondering if this is true. I also need to know if the engine is a chevrolet engine or not (cadillac,pontiac,buick). If its a chevrolet engine it will drop fight in if not and it is one of the other gm products I will have to get all new brackets and stuff like that. So if you know the answer or you know of a place I could get the answer to these questions I would greatly appreciat the help.
