This is interesting... Just click on the link, enter someone's cell phone number, and the satellite map will show you where they are. It's called 'mobile phone tracker' and was first put to use to aid 911 responders. Using a satellite map, track any connected mobile phone with coverage anywhere in the world.

have you seen GM's OnStar ?

The Japanese are installing a data tracking on some cars, tied to the engine computer and related warranty requirements .. if driver does anything not allowed .. WARRANTY VOID !

will the day when you speed, OnStar or another system like it inform the police? bets?

ohhh .. we can now track our kids via their cell phones.
AAA is sometimes able to tell where you are when you call for assistance

there is not escaping it.

stealth.....agree with all, but the system has to be in place, and activated, wouldn't you think? as i stated in another post, i sold to people that literally ripped On Star out of the trucks on delivery day, so as not a chance of their where abouts.......
