Cost of using cell phone while driving? $1 million

A man blamed a low-flying pelican and a dropped cell phone for his veering his million-dollar sports car off a road and into a salt marsh near Galveston.
The Lufkin, Texas, man told of driving his luxury, French-built Bugatti Veyron when the bird distracted him, said La Marque police Lt. Greg Gilchrist. The motorist dropped his cell phone, reached to pick it up and veered off the road and into the salt marsh. The car was half-submerged in the brine about 20 feet from the road when police arrived.
It is not known if the car is salvageable as "Salt water isn't good for anything" said the owner.
The current market value of a Bugatti Veyron is $1.25 million.

This is the video of a guy who watch the hole thing. If you notice there are no birds in sight at all lmao. The owner of the Bugatti also owns a shop which sells recked exotic cars. So im sure this wont be a big deal to the owner. He's also the man who owns the repaired Farrari Enzo crashed by actor Eddie Griffin.
