Hi, just to say hello to you all Cadillac people.

I have a 1968 fleetwood Brougham, it is a hell of a car, some work needed to be done.

just some small work to make it good.

at the moment the compressor has packed up, so I am looking for a replacement. it is a little difficult here in England to find parts.

Yeh, compressor for the AC, it sort of starts with clutch engaged, then it stops and belt slips and makes smoke. I have been told it is best to replace.

But if there is nay way I could strip it and sort it out I am willing to try.
