Default Hi from Burlington, Ontario, Canada

A former two-time Lincoln owner ... been driving various (ahem) "foreign" cars for the last ten years or so. Decided to return the the opulence of American Luxury and gonna do it in Cadillac style this time around if I can. Not only that but it would be my first GM ever. I'm handy with a wrench - do most work myself unless I absolutely can't (trust no-one).
Got my eye on a 1991 Eldorado ETC and I'm here to hopefully get some good intel before pulling the trigger. Yes, I understand it's an old car (nothing new to me) and sh*t's gonna go wrong. Been there - done that - got the T-shirt.
Darnit this car is sooooo cool!

Greetings from the great white north!

My first post ... Help!

The 4.9 is a great engine, I have owned 3 of them over the years, near bullet proof, 2 eldos, and a deville, they can pack on the miles with no problems, I have always liked the 91's as well. If you get it, take care of the cooling system with a
coolant change, very important with the 4.9 to have clean coolant. Good luck, Ken
