Default Coolant Dissapearing

I currently have a 2000 Seville SLS with 153068 miles. It does not overheat but, about every 2-3days I have to add a half of a gallon to a gallon of water to it. The radiator had a small crack up where the top of the nipple was for holding the radiator in place. So I replaced the radiator. Still loosing coolant and no leakes. I'm confused.
Is it related to the HVAC blower? It blows every now and then in front and always in the back. Being our only transportation, I can not take it to a shop. But I was told, "replace the blower motor." My only problem with that is, everyone starts out with-remove the seats, then center console, then the entire dash. Holy srap!
Help Me, I,m Lost.
