I had a very crooked mechanic work on my 98 deville, I think he removed a power wire from the battery to a aluminum block/splitter (next to rad).I cannot get any power at all to the car, how is this wired up? Any help would be appreciated.Also I have murky (grey/brown) in the coolant recovery but no smoke or overheating issues, is this still potentially a head gasket issue, thank you for any help
