Default 96 DeVille Theft System Problems

Can someone please help me out? I have a 96 DeVille, 4.6L V8, 132k. After I replaced my battery recently and thereafter my car will start for a few seconds and then shut off thus exclaiming "Theft System Problem- car may not restart" and it does sometimes and it doesn't others. Lately it will not start at all until several tries at turning the ignition. I have gotten a new key with resistor chip made and the issue has been better but not solving the problem. I have removed the wires/plug from the module and security box for about 10+ mins. so that they could reset, hooked up everything, left the key in the ignition for appx. 10+ minutes on the "ON" position without starting the car, I let the system read the key, the car restarts but the issue begins again after driving for a little bit.

ALSO: I had the battery re-replaced due to my ABS and Anti-Lock lights remaining on all night on the dashboard and draining the battery, placed the new battery and the same problem exist. "Theft System Problem- Car May Not Restart"

I have read other threads and responses but they haven't addressed fully what I'm going through. What else can I do to pinpoint this issue?
