Winter Storage

Winter Storage
Up here in SD as soon as the snow flies I park my Cadillac for the winter.
Other than making sure it's full of gas, clean and dry & under a car cover in the garage I don't reallydo much else to it.
I do run a trickle charger on it once every couple months too.
I've heard of occasionally starting stored vehicles during the winter, but Iwould think that would lead to more moisture forming andstaying in the exhaust system and engine oilas the car wouldn't fully warm up.
Just curious what other people do?

RE: Winter Storage
Adding fuel stabilizer to tank, changing engine oil, disconnecting or removing battery, and placing on jack stands with tires off the ground so they don't flat spot. Also make sure antifreeze up to par. Then let it sit till the spring or is it summer thaw. Don't worry about the car just keep tabs on your what its stored in. Additional suggestions for semi long term storage.
