water on passanger floor board

i have water on the passanger floor board of my 2001 cadillac deville .. the water only shows up when my AC is running.... i have read that the drain hole is problably plugged up.... anyone know where that drain is located

Can only be found by looking up from under car. Passenger side, above steering rack, firewall/evaporator case area.
