understanding paint codes

understanding paint codes
I have a 67 Eldorado with dark blue paint. The tag states 26 -61 PAINT. The 26 seems to be Admiralty Blue from what I have seen on web sites but the previous owner stated Atlantis Blue Firemist. What does the 61 mean? I have a white vinyl top. Does anyone have an understanding on how to read these tags or know of a web site that would explain it? Thanks for your help.
