Turn signal problem

Default Turn signal problem
1998 Deville. Left turn signal will not work. Bulbs are ok. Right side works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

If your turn headlights and hazards on do all bulbs operate and blink? If one is out focus on that Bulb /socket verify ground, 12v, and oscillating 12v on the 3 terminals.

None of the bulbs light up with the hazard light turned on. They do go on but don't blink when the turn signal is on except for the cornering light. It won't turn on at all. Installed a new bulb and no help.

Did you check voltage on terminals at sockets?
