I have a 09 CTS all wheel drive I want to tow it on a car carrier... Uhaul said it will NOT fit on theirs and budget is say it will fit on theirs.... Here is the problem I will be driving the car to Texas and then renting a moving truck and come back to Arizona. Trying to figure out if the car will fit on a carrier.... Car seems to low to drive up on one.. Anybody ever try and succeed?? Thanks

 

Years ago, my brother needed to take a Camaro to Tampa (from Sanford) FL. The problem was, the angle of the ramp to the car carrier meant damage to the Camaro's front end. He used a couple 2x4 to help raise the front end to where it could be driven onto the carrier. The way he did it was putting each 2x4 under each ramp. Maybe 4, where 2 are next to each other under the ramp.
