After going through things in my last thread I have one more part to deal with. WHERE IS STARTER ENABLE RELAY or does starter control come from vats module. I GOT CAR TO START ONCE BUT NOW JUMPING STARTER RESULTS IN RUNNING FOR ABOUT A SECOND OR TWO.

 

Starter Enable gets signal from ECM, after VATS module sends signal to ECM to allow to start. If ECM does not get signal it turns off pretty much everything...overkill. It sounds like you now have VATS concern. You need a manual or Alldata. Alldata provides access to TSBs and photo copy of FSM.
