I have a 2000 Eldorado ETC with a Bose Radio , the first problem is it gives all the veiwable data in Spanish , I contacted the dealer and then Bose to see if it could be reprogramed to English and no help from either ,now the CD player has quit working !

I found a good deal on a replacment radio but it has a "theft lock " anyone know how to program this radio to its new home , does the dealer do this ? radio shop ? any help would be appriciated !
