Default Northstar - Can you name that part?

I have a 2002 Eldorado. The rear plastic cover that's screwed against the firewall had a small crack on it. I touched it, and it fell apart like potato chips. Now the airfilter for the A/C vents is exposed. I don't know what this part is called. Is it a "Blower motor shroud"? I'm assuming it is a dealer part? Where could I find a replacement, and how much do you think it would cost?

I say about $20 from any local salvage yard.

I will take another look tomorrow...but I am reading, correct me if I am wrong, that in order to change this shroud you must drop the engine?
I couldn't really see if there were screws/bolts way down there.
