I have a 93 sedan DeVille. I recently changed the starter for a second time, and after having it put in and turning the key nothing would come on not even the dash lights or the cigarette lighter. So you turn the key and nothing happens! Battery is good motor's good! Trying to figure this problem out! I also have problems with the interior lights wanting to stay on so I had to pull the fuse have not figured that out either! Any ideas all help is appreciated!
