need help 1997 deville

still chasing heater blower not working,,,
I replaced the blower ,and,the AC heater programer,,
Blower still not working
any more suggestions

1. have you tested the blower itself .. by applying the voltage direct ?
2. have you hooked a meter to see IF you got voltage to the connector?

new motor

yes its a new motor,,,theres voltage to it
